Hysterectomy/ Uterus Removal:

Surgical Procedure: Laparoscopic endometrioma removal surgery is used to remove the endometriosis and the chocolate cysts form the various locations of endometriosis. The patient can get back home the next day and lead a normal life in a weeks time.
